There is only 3 and a half months until the North American launch of the Playstation 3. Ever since Sony said that a fully loaded one will cost a whooping $600 bucks, i've been doing some long and hard thinking. Is it even worth putting down $600 bucks for a video game system? This will be the most expensive video game system ever. Sony is making a huge gamble on this. Sony's of Japan CEO said that we shouldn't look at the PS3 as a video game system but as a entertainment system. We shall see about that. I know that it has all the bells and whistles that the lastest next gen system has, but still is it worth it? A fully loaded Xbox 360 cost just $400 bucks, two hundred bucks less then the PS3. There's talk of the "fully loaded" 360's price dropping sometime during or before the holiday shopping season. Which means that there will likely be a influx of Xbox 360 sells rivaling those of the PS3. I'm betting that Bill Gates is smiling right now because, he has a good chance of one upping Sony this time around. I bet your asking will i be buying a PS3? I'll take a wait and see attitude to determine if I will eventually buy one. I've been thinking about even purchasing a fully loaded Xbox 360 but like I said, I will take a wait and see attitude.
