I recently put up a new hub about fossil birds! I talk about the discovery of a new fossil feather from Brazil which was discovered to have fossilized mites on it. I speculate about what the fossil could have belonged to, whether it was a flightless bird or not or if it  might have even belonged to a dinosaur closely related to birds instead since many small meat eating dinosaurs also had feathers.
