Originally named Dwayne Carter III, Lil Wayne has been charged with 1 count of criminal possession of a weapon and 1 count of criminal possession of a loaded weapon. He managed to escape the system for more than 3 years and during that time his music topped the charts, but his bad habits have caught up with him. He was caught because of the smell of marijuana leaving his tour bus; naughty and dumb! The sentencing is set for February and it's anticipated that he'll be in jail for a year.
