Jalepeno Cheese Squares

Jalepeno Cheese Squares

4 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. minced onion
4 cans jalepeno peppers, seeded and chopped

Beat eggs and add to rest of ingredients. Spread on a long, ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into 1-inch squares. Serve with Tostidos.
