Janet Jackson was hospitalized after falling ill during sound checks prior to a concert in Montreal. The concert had to be canceled. A statement made by Jackson's publicist at W&W Public Relations said that the 42 year-old singer was being monitored at the hospital and that Jackson hopes to reschedule the concert.
