Phil Jackson has just announced that withing the next four weeks, he will make his final decesion to leave, or resign Lakers (his current contract expires after this season).

This was not "just announced" by Jackson... this sentence was copied from a Web news item that was posted more than two weeks ago. The NBA season starts in a few days... a coach would not make a decision to stay with a team or not a month into the season.
