We have all heard that Mrs. Seinfeld is being sued over her cookbook which has recipes that hide vegetables in the food of picky eaters.

What's new is that her husband, Jerry Seinfeld, was on David Letterman comparing the plaintiff, Ms. Missy Chase Lapine, to assassins who also had three names (Mark David Chapman, James Earl Ray, etc.).

She will now add defaming to her lawsuit while Seinfeld claims first amendment rights.
