To put it straight and to be fair, the only opportunity I have had got to travel by Jet Airways was on the Mumbai - London route (official visits). I have always compared it with Emirates and Lufthansa because those are the ones that I used to take before...The best thing I have seen in Jet Airways is the Service they people Provide not as a professional way but as with the public interest. They are giving service in a kind.
