Joe Francis, the creator of Girls Gone Wild is currently being held in Reno, Nevada, on federal tax evasion charges.

He is also involved in several legal matters in Panama City, one relates to the filming of underage girls in nude Spring Break shower scenes back in 2003. Francis is also charged with introducing prescription pills into a jail.
