Joe Wilson Shouts You Lie

Joe Wilson, a South Carolina House Representative, shouted "You lie" to President Obama during the President's address to congress. Fox news captured the 30 second clip and someone published it on YouTube. I thought even kindergartners were supposed to raise their hands before speaking?!!!
