There is no doubt that John Chow is one of the most influential and profitable bloggers online today. Just entering a comment on his site can bring traffic to your blog. And in spite of the fact that he works out of China, he still made over $32,000 in the month of May (2008). To paraphrase Larry the cable guy, “I don’t care who you are,” that’s serious money! It’s even more impressive when you consider that the average factory worker in China makes about $140 a month. He is currently earning about 228 times what these factory workers are making. So, my tip for the day is as follows: post a few comments on John Chow’s blog and see if it doesn’t generate some traffic. And while you are there, check out his site and maybe get some money making ideas so that one day your blog might be as profitable as his.

is going down. He cheated google and got bitchslapped back! Also he only lists his income and not his expenses which are huge. heard som rumours lately that he was also caugth cheating with the feedburner subscriber stats. I wouldnt trust him! He's definitely one of the most highly paid bloggers. Of course, he owns his own tech business too, so he can use one to enhance and publicize the other. A correction: Chow lives in Canada, not China. If he lived in China, I don't know how much of his earnings he'd be able to keep!
