Join the Army and Get Raped

Doctors at a Veterans Affairs hospital in the Los Angeles area told a congresswoman that 41 percent of the female veterans reported that they were victims of sexual assault, and 29 percent say they were raped, while in military service .

I bet they were just trying to get the congresswoman in bed. Little exaggeration goes a long way! Really though, why would this be happening? Is happening while deployed in war zones amongst enlisted or is it something that is happening in offices? Maybe a mixture of the two?
