Journey out of the Heart of Darkness

Having lived in Harbin for over a year now, I have come to love it for it's good points as well as bad. For those of you who haven't been to Harbin you should know that it is what I call a real city. It has over 6 million people and everyone everyone lives to each other. Streets are generally narrow and choked with traffic. The nightlife is fantastic. The rare occassions that I go out, I am often entertained until 6 o'clock.
