I'm sure I am not the only one who feels this way but I can't keep quiet any longer. Kanye West's outburst at the 2009 MTV VMA's was worse than wrong, it was rude, horrible and downright disrespecful! His 3 outbursts in the past were bad enough but I tried to empathize and give him the benefit of the doubt. It's obvious he felt he was passed over for awards that he truly deserved instead of other artists. Im sure its difficult to work very hard at something and not receive credit for it. But this is the real world and he's a grown man, so that was still out of line on his part. But for him to get on stage and strip Taylor Swift of her moment to shine, was crossing the line that he had been dancing on for years!!!

Truthfully, Beyonce's "Single Ladies" video isn't all that great to begin with, its Beyonce' and 2 other women dancing around a dance studio in leotards-come on, seriously?!?! But even if he felt that Beyonce's video was the greatest of all time, it was the "MTV Video Music Awards", not the "Kanye West's Opinon Awards."  I say he should be banned from all award shows for a year, maybe that way we can get back to enjoying the artists nominations, acceptances and performances rather than wondering at what point will Kanye West and his ego turn the show into an unorganized spectacle!
