Kelly Rowland Admits to Having Implants

Kelly Rowland, formerly of the group Destiny Child, has admitted to People magazine that she had breast implants to go from a A-cup to a B-cup. She says that it took her a long time to make the decision and she was tired of not being able to fit her shirts right.
