Keep yourself busy. Try to do something different each day. You only have so many summers of freedom to come!

Get adequate amount of sleep (a minimum of 8 hours) and don't resort to junk food as a component of your lunch. Eat dessert only after dinner.

Try to limit youur computer/TV time to wo hours daily. All that sitting around really isn't all that fun and not too good as well.

Summer time is a pitfall for trying to eat healthy, but if you keep healthy foods around the house, it will be easier to avoid those greasy potato chips. Be sure to drink lots of water, in fact keep a bottle with you.
