Kimkins Diet Founder Sued For Fraud and False Claims

The founder of the Kimkins Diet, Heidi "Kimmer" Diaz has been sued by users of her program for false advertising!!!

In an interesting corollary to this news, it seems the "before" and "after" picture provided by Ms Diaz to a magazine were all wrong. While the before pictures were of the overweight ms Diaz, the "after" pictures were from a mail order magazine, while Ms. Diaz continues to blissfully remain her overweight self!!! And this while her diet plan induced semi-nausea in scores of women, which she called SNATT (semi nauseaus all the time!!!).

So much for gullibility...
