Lands End opens its 100th shop

Lands' End, a premium brand owned by Sears, announced that it will have 100 shops at Sears stores in 21 markets by November 1, 2006. Its shops, are 10,000 square feet large, unlike typical store-within-a-store booths.

"The Lands' End brand has truly come to life at Sears," said David McCreight, president of Lands' End. "Now, customers can experience our products first hand in a beautiful shopping environment. They're able to touch, feel and see the style, quality and details in our product, while knowing they also can search our entire assortment from the convenience of a special shopping lounge via phone, catalog or landsend.com."
