When Laura Bush was 17 (and still Miss Laura Welch) she was involved in the death of a school colleague of hers.  She was driving along in her big Chevy and ran some lights. She hit Michael Douglas' car and he was thrown out of the car and tragically broke his neck and died. Did Laura Bush kill a guy? No. It was manslaughter and she should have been charged with that. Funnily enough as so happens with the wealthy, she got away scott free. RIP Michael Douglas.
