This article is about a lazy man's way to weight loss. It requires only a few twists of your wrists. You will need the help of natural additives called spices to add to your food to make them more fat burning. 

You can increase the thermogenic properties of just about any food using the following spices: cayenne pepper, hot peppers, chilli powder, black pepper, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, and even mustard.

Pick one that is agreeable to you and then start adding it to as much of your foods as possible. You will have to pick an amount that will work for you. Some spices thermogenic qualities are so powerful it can warm your body up after consumption. Cayenne pepper is known to make people sweat. Beyonce has been know to use cayenne pepper in her food to help maintain her figure.

In conclusion, be aware of the easiest way to lose weight without hardly changing your diet. Diet is more powerful than exercise when it comes to weight loss. Get familiar with these spices and use your food to help you burn fat instead of adding fat to your body.
