Today we are talking about Lee Haney, who just recently started his own Get fit website http://www.leehaney.com/
You know the guy, he is the dude that won the most Mr Olympia titles as a pro bodybuilder! He also happens to be a Born again christian, and thinks faith and massive biceps go hand in hand. Now he joins the lines of thousends of these fitness wonder sites, that are poping up all the time to please the fitness crazed america (yet with more gyms then the rest of the world combined, US still is the fattest nation)
That said, you should not bother with this stuff, unless you want to bench press 500 pounds...
