A legal scam? - the difference between ethical and legal

No doubt what these guys are doing is 'legal' in their own eyes.  And no doubt they are protected by a layer of lawyers as thick as a the earth's atmosphere.  It still doesn't mean this company's "Customer Distribution Requirement" is anything but legal theft. < p>

Read how the Internet's biggest distributor of digital products is using the fine print in their CDR to grab what could amount to milions of dollars from unsuspecting sellers.  How hard-earned money from tens of thousands of smalll entrepeneurs are being siphoned into the pockets of those who did nothing to earn it....
