LIFE, CELL PHONES, & BEING HUMAN

I work for a major cell phone company, (I choose not to say the name) and I have been in this industry since 1995. I am starting to see a major change in people as technology starts to change. For some crazy reason, we human beings cannot and WILL NOT is without our cell phones. We can’t be or live without it??? Why? How? What did we do about 10 years ago without cell phones? I have experienced customers actually say and act like little kids because their phone is messed up damaged, etc. They act as if it is their right arm. I also realize that everyone hates their cell phone company, for the littlest things, its amazing!! We as human beings need to get the lazy bone out of our butts, and stop making technology our crutch, if you think your cell phone is the most important thing to your heart, and feel that you’re going to cry if it breaks, have a back up one, an old one so you won’t be with out one. Heck, even I have a back up, and if my phone breaks, I would not care if anyone contacts me or not! More time for me. As let us as GROWN people, grow up and make wise adult decisions on technology. Run technology, don’t let it run you. And have the common sense not to take out on your sales person, really.
