Life Insurance – a contract that keeps you poor all your life so that you can die rich?

Life Insurance – a contract that keeps you poor all your life so that you can die rich?

First of all let me confess one thing – I had 2 years experience as an insurance agent. I got enough time to go through many aspects of life insurance within that time. Insurance is really an interesting subject and a kind of tender rose bud with some sharp thorn.

I was only managed to get around 10 customers as my clients. I nose dived into pauper hood and shifted the gear. I asked myself that time – whether life insurance keeps me poor?

I shifted my gear and quit the insurance job. That time I had nothing to speak of about insurance. I started to advice people – don’t put all one’s eggs in one basket.

I stick to my new profession and it is almost 2 years since I lost the ship of insurance.

That day I wake up and my mother told me that a lady was waiting for me. I never met that lady before and I asked what the matter was. She started weeping and I was taken aback. She handed over some papers to me. It was an insurance certificate and I realized that the owner of the certificate was my client. She told me that the man was her husband who died in an accident 3 months back.

I rushed to the insurance office with the records along with the poor widow. The insurance manager examined the records through and through and smiled at me. He told me that the records are clear and that widow would definitely get double the insured amount within days.

I can’t explain the feeling I got that time. Even though I failed personally, I got a divine opportunity to help some one in a worst situation.

Life insurance may keep you poor at your life time. But please don’t turn a blind eye to it especially if you love your dear ones. Let heaven be a warm corner for all of us.

Thanks Mythman and I agree with you..

It's a Worthy Course If You Can Navigate It?

Your title threw me off for a second---I think I'm gonna read some heavy criticism, and instead it's a realist's promotion of the program. But I agree, if the possible-buyer can handle the added expense; because one's life should be about one's loved-ones and their progeny, not just about one's own lifetime! ... signed, Uncle MythMan---Big Fan of stars like Sarah Michelle Gellar, Vanessa Montagne & Lena Li---Xombie Plan
