Life Lock co-founder shady past and he claims his identity was stolen

Life Lock co-founder Robert Maynard, Jr., has some serious questions about his credibility. I know this article is a bit old however it raises some interesting questions.

1. Was Robert Maynard an identity theft victim and was his arrest truly because of the actions of someone who stole his identity?

2. Did Robert Maynard use his father's identity to get a credit card without his father's permission and authorization and then run up charges?

3. Was Robert permanently banned from the credit repair field?

I for one think the consumer needs to be sure a company and those who run it should have credibility of its principals beyond reproach and this article makes me doubt that credibility.
