Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend Samantha Ronson were spotted taking a swim in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.  Reports say that is relationship is the first healthy relationship Lindsay has been involved with.  I dont know if you could exactly call it a healthy relationship given the contex, but atleast she is happy.
