Lindsay Lohan's New Guy and Her New Album

Lindsay Lohan is recording for her new album, probably singing about her new boyfriend. She was at Hollywood hot spot Goa on Sunday, where she introduced this new guy to her friends as her
bo Spencer. He apparently is the very same guy who was spotted kissing by reporters few days ago.
