Lit Drummer Allen Shellenberger Dead at 39

 Allen Shellenberger, a drummer of rock band Lit, died on Thursday, Aug 13, 2009 after a lengthy battle with brain cancer. Shellenberger was 39 years old when he died. He was diagnosed with a malignant glioma brain tumor in 2008.  Shellenberger is survived by his daughter mother and father.
