Local Mall Display Mugshots of Convicts to Discourage Shoplifting

What an effective way to solve the problem of shoplifting.
The district attorney of Staten Island has a solution to the problem of shoplifting. He hopes to discourage shoplifting over the holidays by running mug shots of five convicted shoplifters on video monitors in the local mall. You can read more on this post here
