And the try to keep their healthy to get the main goal in long life. There is a few people reach the age up to hundred years. I think this is kind of miracle. Japan is a country that we can find many old people and still strugle in life. I think they get the "long Life". Okinawa people is the most longest life expectancies in the world. There is few people get sick and get the serious sick like cancer, diabetes, heart attack, stroke. The key is from the food. They consume food which containing protein and little fat. They cooked fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, seafood naturally. They have good combination about Japan and China culture. And this is become delicious in taste. They create various ingredient into excellent food for healthy. Like sup, salad, rice with rich of flavor, I hope we can practiced their habit in consume healthy food.
