1:- To loose fat a person should not take enough of carbohydrates or should not take any carbohydrates through various foods. Meaning to say avoid eating foods having a lot of carbohydrates in them. By following this simple step a lot of calories from your body will get burned down to produce energy and thus you will gradually decrease your accumulated fat.
2:-Take more vegetables and protein rich foods this will reduce the intake of calories and this reduction will automatically burn down your fat to produce energy for you to do work. Vegetables have very low amount of calories in them so it will be helpful.
