The Western Conference Finals Game 4 is tonight as the Los Angeles Lakers take on the San Antonio Spurs. The Lakers won games 1 and 2 with Kobe Bryant giving MVP performances in both games. Game 3 was a different story with Manu Ginobilli giving his version of a MVP performance. He had 22 first half points which gave the Spurs a double digit lead at half. The Lakers came close in the second half but could not overcome the deficit.

Ginobilli ended up with 30 points in the game, more than he had totaled in the first two games combined. He really broke the Lakers defense. Derek Fisher for the lakers had a bad game offensively as had the task of defending Ginobilli. If the Lakers want to win game 4 I really think they need to switch defenders or double team Ginobilli.
