Lose weight - a simple guide! 5 points to a thinner you!

Which one of us doesn't want to look good?Who doesn't want a body which is lean and slim..which makes you look attractive as well as well-built?And apart from the looks,a well trimmed body does wonders for your health too.
But the problem with body weight is just one - losing it!
And it's not a lack of options that we face-hitting the gym, aerobic exercises, severe dieting,use-at-homeweight reduction equipment to even yoga and meditation. But we must accept, more often than not, these just dont seem to work,no matter what.
So,if you are not in a profession where you need a really strong body et. al and rather just want to lose some weight and look good, what you actually need is a simple, easy to follow and painless exercise plan.
The following 5 points are what I practised on myself and they worked really well. They should help you a lot as well!

1.)Dont dream too big :
Make small milestones for youself.Keep it realistic.Dont think that you'll get a fab body in just 1 week of exercise. It is a long, gradual process.Set your goal at around 1~1.5 kilos per week or so and you'll do just fine!

2.)Be regular :
2 days of exercise and then a 2 day break wont help you.You have to be regular or it just wont work.I know it's difficult, but you need to boost your will power to make your diet loss program any good.

3.)Dont overstress yourself :
Its a common myth that unless and until you are sweating like a pig,you just wont lose any kilos.False!!
Even 25 minutes of walking every day can really hep a lot,if done regularly.Just find some activity or sport you like, whether it be jogging or throwing frisbees.Just get some good old proper physical activity.

4.)Watch your diet :
This is something really important. There's no point in slogging off on the treadmill if you are eating chocolate doughnuts for breakfast. But you dont need to completely give up on your favourite foods.just decrease the amount and frequency of all high calorie foods.
Eat everything, just eat less of it.Rather than just eating salad for a week and craming on creampies on Sunday, eating small, little bits what you like most is most rewarding!Share the pizza with a friend, the pastry with your wife..or anything that works.Just cut down on the magnitude!

5.)Keep yourself motivated :
Tell your friends or family about your weight reduction plan.Ask them to let you know how you are going on with it.In my case, just a "Hey,you've slimmed around the tummy" from my mother encouraged me to exercise more than anything else could have.Afterall,we all do love some recognition for our work, dont we? ;)
Just don't overdo it..looking into the mirror and stepping on the scales every 12 hours will just demotivate you.Keep your regimen time to work, dont expect miracles!

Hope these 5 points help you see a thinner side of yourself.
Cheers!!
