Louise Ogborn, McDanold's Strip-Search Case Victim Awarded $6.1 Million

Louise Ogborn, then an 18-year-old McDonald's employee, was humiliated and forced to strip and then perform a sexual act in the back office during her workday on April 9, 2004.

Today a jury in Bullitt County, Kentucky., awarded Louise Ogborn $5 million in punitive damages and $1.1 million in compensatory damages.
