So I left off last time with the police at my garage. Now, here's typical addict thinking: I will dispute my under the influence state of mind by telling them I am still under the influence from yesterday when they first arrested me. Well, this IS true, however when the UA comes back it shows such an extraordinarily high level of methamphetamine that couldn't POSSIBLY be residual of 24 hours ago. Good thing they were too busy to take me to Main Jail. I just got to go to the very comfortable city holding. (double thick mats in your cell, gatorade, etc)! They've had so many arrests for under the influence here that when they are really busy they'll just write you a ticket and "cite and release" you after a few hours at the jail. But dont be mistaken....you've now violated your original bail by getting arrested while on bond, which is an additional charge.
The bail bondsmen love you when you are like me! I was guaranteed income for my guy for almost 2 years!
