Ask any halfway well-versed member of the internet community, "Have you ever heard of Maddox?" and there's a very good chance they'll say yes.
In the past 10 years he has become, to many, a working-class hero. To others, he's a villified, sexist scumbag. It all depends on your point of view, your sense of humor, and just how tightly you have your head up your butt.
To look at his website, an unassuming black background with yellow text, you would never think that the site gives its owner enough pull to write his own book. Or that the site averages 80 views a minute. Or that over 200 million people have read his articles; articles whose topics range from Apple's iPhone to Crocs to Christopher Reeve to children's artwork to how much Gregory Peck rules.
Regardless of your views on anything, if you have a sense of humor, you must check out his website. According to Maddox, it's the Best Site in the Universe. If nothing else, the man has a knack for using the English language to describe even the most simple things in ways that will make you laugh so hard you'll fall out of your chair.
Literally.
It's happened to me and some of my friends.
