You made some excellent points here raveemenon! Especially the last one about striving to maintain the credibility and reliability of the sites you work with. I can imagine that spamming and get-rich-quick schemes, and scams have caused the failure of many thousands of good websites, and that only hurts those of us who care about the quality of our work. Sometimes it seems like XOMBA is under attack from every direction by deceitful people who don't really care about writing, or about what the lack of quality in their work will do to the overall credibility of the website they submit to. They throw something together, tack a few keywords on it in hopes of fooling the search engines, and then expect that Google will have to send a truck to unload the money-bags at their door. I can assure you, you won't fool them for very long if you do at all. Search engines are improving and becoming smarter all the time. Obvious repetitive keywords in your tags or in the content are now detected and your work is indexed to the bottom of the stack...if it's indexed at all! The only way you are going to consistently make money, and keep boosting your income writing on the internet, is by submitting good quality items, do your home-work by researching your topic, and carefully choosing your tags, then networking or linking your articles to some of the more reputable affiliate sites. It takes patience and diligence to get your work out there. But once you establish a name for yourself on these sites and a reputation for writing substantive and informative articles, no matter the topic, your pages will get viewed and voted on more often (which the search engines love BTW). And ALL of that translates into $$$. There are lots of opportunities out there, but you can be sure that quality, credibility, and reliability will ultimately profit you far more than any spamming, scamming, or scheming will.
