Malaysian Court to Charge 31 Indians with Attempt to Murder

A Malaysian court is to charge 31 indians in the attempt to murder case. The men aged between 18 and 45 were a part of the protest on Nov 25 by Hindu Rights Action Force near the Sri Subramaniar Temple in Batu Caves on November 25 to protest against the so said community marginalization in the multi racial country, and allegedly injuring the policemen.

The court refused to revoke the charges while the defence lawyers the charges defy the right in the constitution to worship and assemble.
