It is reported in Valparaiso, Indiana, that a man named Joseph Klinkman is being charged with burglary after he confessed to breaking into a probation office and stealing two urine samples. He had been drunk a few hours before he gave the sample and he found out they were testing for a drug he didn't think they were testing for. He took his own sample and one that was provided by a friend. The friend didn't participate in the burglary.

Both of the men were ordered to provide new urine samples and could face sanctions if the tests come back positive.
