Man mistakenly sleeps with transsexual - police allegedly told him - true story

Transsexual Brigitte FellIn September 2006, Australian man Garrick Jacobson was arrested and charged for assaulting his girlfriend Brigitte Fell.

Jacobson claimed that he did not know that Fell was in fact a man until police allegedly told him whilst he was in custody earlier for unrelated matters.
