A Czech man, Radim Kopecky, 22, in Korneuburg, Austria threatened to keep on breaking the law because he wanted to spend his Christmas in jail, and the judge eventually had to oblige him.

He is very happy in jail now as he will finally have a roof over his head and food to eat and will celebrate Xmas which he said is better in jail . He told the court life within the jail is much better than living as a free citizen in his country.
