Manage ant,ticks,spider bites

When you have been bitten by an insect you should stop all strenuous activity. If stung by a bee or wasp remove the stinger but do not squeeze it this could release more venom. You need to apply ice to the area of the bite. There are antipruritic creams that can be applied to the area of the bite.

When you are camping or hiking be careful not to turn over logs and stones. Spiders like to hide in these areas.Spiders will bite if they feel threaten. You need to inspect your boots or shoes before you head out on a hike. Biting insects like to hide in footwear. If you do get an insect bite it usually can be treated on the spot.
