Marie Jarry, a second grade teacher at Thalberg Elementary School in Southington, Connecticut, was forced to resign after appearing on the Howard Stern Show in a bikini. She won a contest on the show for Ugliest Guy/Hottest Wife Competition. Here is a picture from the Howard Stern website of her appearance on the show:

To me this seems like overreaction at it's finest. Teachers are people too and just because she appeared in a bikini and talked about having sex with her husband doesn't mean she can't be an effective teacher. Do you really think a class of second graders would ever know she was even on the show?
