Mars Lander Suggests Soil Resembles Dirt Found in Earth Vegetable Gardens.

Preliminary results from the Pheonix Mars Lander show that the soil near the north pole of mars is 'surprisingly Earth-like'. These new findings lend credibility to the idea that life may have once existed on the red planet, and that there may even be some organisms still living on it.< p>
