A massive storm has hit the Philippines which has caused major flooding.  The flooding has killed atleast 140 and 32 more are missing.  Another storm is probably going to hit later this week.  The Philippine government is asking for foreign aid.  This second storm could be very deadly since the ground is already saturated.  The northern part of the country is completely flooded right now.
