McCain's Negative Campaigning is Backfiring Big Time

If John McCain stayed "mavericky" and just stuck to the issues, we'd probably see a different outcome to this election. As it stands now, what with the economy is tatters and McCain and Palin attacking Obama the person and not Obama's policies, McCain's ship is sinking fast.

Even amongst independents, the balance has shifted sharply away from McCain, who led a few short months ago, to Obama.

Call it bad campaign planning by McCain and his team. Call it a perfect storm for Obama. This election is shaping up to be a landslide for Obama and history will show that McCain and Palin miscalculated badly.
