Mel B Claims Eddie Murphy Isn't Paying Child Support

Melanie Brown, Scary Spice, went to court on August 1st to file a petition in Superior Court to legally to establish Eddie Murphy as the father of their 4 month old daughter. Melanie is seeking sole custody and child support. Eddie Murphy hasn't been paying any child support for the care of the child.

Eddie Murphy took a paternity test back in June and already has five children with his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy.
