If you're ever in the San Luis Obispo area and looking for drinking buddies you might want to steer clear of Matthew Craig Pillers and Jack Brent Nicholas Keiffer. Actually Pillers, 22, is off the beer bong circuit for the next two years having been sentenced to prison for his role in setting fire to the crotch of one Elliot Tuleja who was, at the time, passed out. Pillers and Keiffer decided that it would be a real gas to pour cologne all over Tuleja's groin area and light him up. Tuleja ended up with second degree burns on his testicles and one would imagine he didn't really get the joke. Keiffer, who is 18, got 45 days for his role in the attack. Neither has any social engagements pending.
