Merry Christmas pattice
Ingredients
400gms maida
100ml ghee
garam masala/vindaloo masala to taste
Finely cut tomatoes and onions 3 each
500 gms minced mutton/chicken/beef/paneer
50ml lime
coriander for garnishing
100 gms corn flour
oil for deep frying
Method
Make a maida dough, using warm ghee and water
make small lumps and flatten them,like small chapatis
put the filling into lumps to make rolls
Apply these rolls with a paste of ghee and corn flour
Put one on top of the other to form a big block and then cut into small pieces
Deep fry these blocks till golden brown
Filling
Put finely chopped onions and tomatoes into 1-2 tablespoon of oil and stir till golden brown
Add the raw mince(Chicken/Mutton)
Add garam masala
Mix and cook for some time, add limeand coriender
add raisins/cashews
Your dish is ready
