Wu Tang Rapper Method Man aka Clifford Smith, has reportedly been arrested on Monday, October 5, 2009 on charges of tax evasion. There are reports that Method Man surrendered to authorities in Staten Island, New York, on the morning of October 5, 2009. He is accused of failing to pay nearly $33,000 in taxes since 2004.
